Cream of Tartar, a natural salt from the wine production.

It's use in food:
- As a raising agent in combination with baking soda
- Stabilizing egg whites, increasing their heat tolerance and volume;
- Preventing sugar syrups from crystallising

Our Cream of Tartar is available in 80gram, 200gram, 900 gram, 12,5kg and 25kg.
